Von Troska currently only supplies destinations within Australia.
Domestically all purchases will be charged $ 10 set postage fee for orders under $ 150 . Shipping is free over $ 150. We use Australia Post Express Post for shipping and require a signature on delivery. Shipments can be tracked within Australia, via the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will not be processed until the next business day .
Standard delivery to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 1-4 business days after dispatch.
We do not refund online or in store. We are happy to provide credit vouchers and exchanges unless the garment is deemed faulty.
No EXCHANGE or REFUNDS on SALE items.
All returns/exchanges must be requested within7 days of delivery.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
All return/exchange garments are subject to inspection.

Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the garment is faulty.

We inspect all of our products carefully before they are shipped. We recommend you inspecting the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage and inform us by sending an email to email@example.com as soon as possible but definitely before the deadline of 7 days. Please clearly define the issue and supplement with photos attached if necessary. After that we will issue a Return Authorisation and you can return the merchandise to us. We will inspect them on receipt and will let you know if we will either issue a replacement or a refund.
